How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. Please send a request to support@classystreet.com or our WhatsApp call only - +91-8260786593.After dispatch, the return policy mentioned below is applicable.


What is your return policy?


Classystreet.com always strives for helping our customers by providing them with easy & hassle-free online shopping experience.


1. Cancellation will be considered only if the request for cancellation is made within 7 days of placing the order.

2. In case you feel that the product is not received as shown on the site or as per your expectation you must bring it to the notice of our customer service department through email or phone call within 7 days of receiving the product, failing which no cancellation will be entertained.

3. When you buy our product through classystreet.com, your purchase is covered by our credit note guarantee

4. We assure you that all products sold on classystreet.com are 100% original and unused. In case the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, our easy exchange policy can be redeemed by you.

5. Use our exchange or replacement scheme, we believe in full satisfaction of our customers


Returns policy accepts only exchanges/replacements and not directs refunds. We accept exchanges (stock permitting) up to 7 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please email our Customer Care at support@classystreet.com. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.


WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY

1. Replacement subject to availability of stock with the seller. In case the product is out of stock, you will receive a credit note for the same amount.

2. Returns are easy. You simply have to follow these steps.

3. Contact us through emails and provide order details.

4. The customer support team will confirm the return request and inform you about the return process.

5. Just ensure that the product is in unused and original condition including all price tag, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

6. Once the cancellation request is placed we will send you an email with detailed regarding return process and credit note details. The return shipping amount has to be borne by the customer and classystreet.com bears no responsibility for the same.

7. Once your returns request has been placed and the item is received at our end it is subject to classystreet.com Team inspection which will take a day or two to verify the issues.

8. Classystreet.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit from customer to our warehouse.


Cases where refund & exchange are not possible


1. Refuse request is made after 24hrs product is damaged by usage.

2. Product with tampered or missing Id codes.

3. Items that are returned without original packaging

4. In case the seller cannot provide replacement your amount is refunded in the form of the credit note. The credit note facility made available to you comes with a time period of 3 months beyond which it will not be considered valid.

5. You can also cancel your order online before 24hrs for which your amount will be refunded in the form of credit note, In case of pre-shipment.

6. Once you request for cancellation is received by us it will take us a maximum of 2 Business days to cancel the order and initiate to credit note facility. You will be notified of the same by email.
