When will you ship my order?
We normally ship-out all orders within 2-5 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.


When will my order get delivered?
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the product category. You can check the estimated delivery time on any product page.


How much do you charge for delivery?
Free Shipping on all orders above Rs.999. An additional charge of Rs. 50 will be levied on orders below that.


How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. You can also track your order by clicking on the option track order on our website after logging in.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or reach out to us on support@classystreet.com and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.


What if any Delays
• Time to ship the product mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur so kindly bear with us. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
• If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail ID.
• Dates for delivery are approximate and tentative only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
