Entire painting has been done with Patachitra (also spelled as Pattachitra) an art-form from Odisha which is fascinating and most of the art depicts Hindu mythological tales and wonders. The beautiful Patachitra Saree depicts the story of Raas Lila .The Raas Lila takes place one night when the Gopis of Vrindavan upon hearing the sound of Krishna’s flute, sneak away from their houses to the forest to dance with Krishna throughout the night. This Saree showcases the dance of gopis.
